BALANCE: A key to health
The second key to Health is “Balance”
Health is found at the balance point of two seeming opposites.
The human body balances many forces to create a healthy expression. Our blood pressure, our heart rate, our temperature and our nutrient intake all have to exist within a balanced range for health in the body to prevail.
Our minds too require balance to stay healthy— balance of time sleep and awake. Activity and Rest and the way we engage with others. Balancing our relationships is a key to creating a healthy interaction within our social reality! How we meet our needs and desires, while seeking to balance this with meeting the needs and desires of others is a doorway to creating a healthy society.
When we find balance in our lives we become able to take our meaning and express it in a harmonious manner in our lives, Creating a healthy life in the process.
